We collect Personal Information about you when you make a purchase through our webstore, comment on an article, subscribe to our email list, or fill out a form on the Website. In each case, Personal Information is only collected insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of your interaction with the Website.
1.1 Email List
We ask for your email address when subscribing to our email newsletter, so that we may notify you via email of new products and special store promotions. The email address you provide will be transferred to MailChimp, our marketing automation platform, for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms. Your email address will be stored with MailChimp indefinitely (for as long as we maintain our account). You may choose to unsubscribe from our email list at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email. You may also email us to request that your email address be permanently removed from our MailChimp account.
1.2 Store Purchases
When making a purchase through our store, you will be asked to provide Personal Information, such as, your name, billing address, email address, and credit card details. This information is used to: process payments and prevent fraud; send a confirmation email with order details and digital download link; contact you if we have trouble processing your order; comply with legal obligations.
All transactions made through the Website are processed through PayPal. We do not process or store credit card information on our Website server. Information required to process the payment, including billing information, will be transferred to PayPal. The PayPal Privacy Policy can be viewed here.
1.3 Contact and Custom Work Forms
We ask that you provide your name and email address when filling out our contact form located at dannyfratina.com/contact and the custom work form located at dannyfratina.com/custom-work/quote so that we may respond to your inquiry via email. When you submit a form, your message and contact information (name and email address) will be sent, in the form of an email, to Danny Fratina. Form submissions will be stored on our website server for up to 2 months.
1.4 Comments
If you choose to comment on an article, we will collect the data shown in the comment form, as well as your IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.

We use Google Analytics to collect and analyze Website traffic information such as the browser type, referring site, pages visited, and the date of each visit. The Website includes embedded videos from YouTube. The videos are embedded using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, however, YouTube cookies may still be set when the videos are played. We have no access to, or control over these cookies.
